About this Organization

We work every day to meet the needs of our community by utilizing these programs:
FAYS Program: Serving families across 10 counties 0-17 years of age. Addresses Family Conflicts & Everyday Challenges. Promote Strong Families & Youth Resilience by providing programming such as Supportive Counseling, Curriculum-based Sessions, Group Skills Training, Support Programming Including, Service Planning/Coordination, and Basic Needs Support.
Fresh Start 4 Vets Program: Serving Veterans Who Are Homeless or At Risk Of Homelessness In Seven Counties: In or out of Incarceration, Homeless Shelter Referrals, Removal of, Employment Barriers, On Job Training, Food Assistance, More than 30 career opportunities to choose from, Referrals to Other Agencies, Case Managers advocating on clients behalf,
JTEP - Job Training & Employment Program: Serving parents with children earning less than $37,000 annually: or, Serving youth up to age 24: Seeking Training to Become a: Sterile Processing Technician, Laborer, HVAC Technician, Patient Care, Certified Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Electronic Medical Records Technician, Career Coach advocating on clients' behalf.

4)Special Health Services: Serving insured & uninsured individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS seeking access to: Health Services, Transportation, Mental Health Care, Oral Healthcare, Prescription Assistance, Monthly Support Groups, Short & Long Term Housing, Food Assistance, Medical Case Managers advocating on clients' behalf

Brazos Healthy Communities: Serving Mothers in their second pregnancy and beyond, seeking access to: Healthcare, Mental Health Care, Family Planning, Education Assistance, Transportation Assistance, Housing Assistance, Food Assistance , Child Care Assistance, Community Health Workers advocating on clients' behalf.

Family Resource Center: Serving children, youth, and families, seeking access to: Parenting Assistance, Networking through Parent Cafes, Child Development Activities, Crisis Intervention, Substance Use/Violence Prevention, Special Needs Services for Children, Mental Health Services, Life Skills Training, Peer Support Groups/Workshops on Conflict, Single Parenting, Coping Skills, Grief/Anger, Education, etc.

Literacy/Academic Support (Tutoring). Job Skills & Employment Opportunities. Basic Economic Needs Assistance, Food Assistance, Referrals to partner agencies, Parent Resource Specialist advocating on clients' behalf.

HOPES - Healthy Outcomes through Prevention & Early Intervention: Serving Parents with children ages prenatal-5 years, seeking access to: Home Visits , Child Development Screenings, Food Assistance, Group Connections, School Readiness , Food Assistance, Referral to Community Resources , Parent Educators advocating on clients' behalf
