Hayley's Halo's objective is to partner with animal lovers, veterinary hospitals and students, pet owners, our community, and individuals with disabilities and their loved ones. Our goal is to educate the community, offer day and seasonal camps to special needs children, provide rehabilitation to animals in need, teach work skills to special needs children/adults, and provide exceptional animal care. ​

1. Offer an opportunity for any child who has special needs and/or needs help developing skills and independence. Offer job opportunities to special needs adults, working in our welcome center, petting zoo and farm.

2. Open a miniature animal petting zoo with various miniature animals - goats, horses, cows, donkeys, pigs, etc.…. The petting zoo would offer paid tours, a retail store (with crafts, edible treats, and home and garden products - made in our camps and programs), and an event center with stage, lighting, sound, and a working kitchen. We would also offer free tours to all 2nd graders in the B/CS and surrounding areas. The concession area will include various healthy drinks and snacks for purchase.

3. Provide animal rescue and rehabilitation for any animal (large and small) that needs our help. We would like to team up with other animal rescues, animal foster programs, and rehabilitation clinics in the area and offer our services to help with their needs. We want Hayley's Halo to be known as a safe place, in which the community knows to contact if they come across an animal in need when they feel like they don't have the time or resources to help themselves. We would provide indoor/outdoor facilities, vet care, rehabilitation, socialization and eventually rehoming for animals in need.
