This committee is made up of Extension volunteers from Brazos and contiguous counties who have a passion for horses and educating the community about horses. This mission is accomplished through the objectives: Owner Education, Association and Business Services, Connection to Resources, Strengthen the Industry, Improve the Quality of Life for horse owners, enthusiasts of all ages, and for horses. This is done by educational outreach, horse related events, horse shows, emergency response, and volunteerism at horse-related events in the community.
