Following the loss of my precious husband I was desperate to connect with other widows but no structure was in place to find them. Over time God brought 2 sweet friends into my life traveling this same journey and together we answered God's call to step out in faith and begin a ministry to help widows find hope and healing in Christ-centered communities. One of the primary ways we do this is our Hope Boxes which have reached widows in all 50 states. So far this year we have distributed almost 1600 boxes. Each box costs $71. The funds raised through Brazos Valley Gives helps us continue to share these boxes, filled with helpful resources, which communicate to a widow that she is seen and cared for. God has shown me not only His love and faithfulness but the reality that He can bring beauty from what is broken. I would be honored if you would help us share Hope!
