In April of 2024, we launched a 2 year pilot of the "Flourish" program here at Elizabeth House. This program provides apartment units for graduates of the Elizabeth House Maternity Program who require an 18-24 month extension in order to complete their education or career goals. After serving as the only maternity home in the Brazos Valley for almost a decade, we have come to believe this long-term extension is what need to truly make a generational impact in the lives of our residents and their children.
We are $10,000 away from having the pilot program fully funded through its first two years.
The money raised during Brazos Valley Gives 2024 will be used to fund the Flourish program units, paying for the rent, utilities and other expenses associated with the new program.
